Public offer for research services
An adhesion contract under art. 16 of the Uzbek Law on Electronic Commerce (ZRU-792). By accepting the offer you enter into a contract with us on the terms below.
1. Who the seller is and what is offered
Xplorence, private enterprise (TIN 306865858, address: 70 Nosirov St., Yunusabad district, Tashkent 100000, Republic of Uzbekistan) — the “Provider” — offers any legally capable person or organization to enter into a contract for research services on the Sonar platform (xplorence.uz). The party accepting the offer is the “Client”.
2. Services
Echo — a computation of questionnaire answers on a model panel: the Client receives a report with distributions, segments and a reliability estimate for each question. No live interviews are conducted in this service, and we say so plainly.
Pulse — the Client’s question in a shared population survey wave: the Client receives answers to their question broken down by gender, age and region. The question joins the nearest open wave.
Sonar study — a study built for the Client’s task: questionnaire, data collection, quality control, report and data export. Scope, timing and price are set by the statement of work.

3. How the contract is concluded
The contract is concluded upon acceptance. Acceptance is ticking “I accept the terms of the offer” on the payment page and paying for the service. The Client confirms they have read this offer and the privacy policy before paying. Partial acceptance is not allowed.
For projects that require a statement of work the parties sign a separate contract; its terms then prevail over this offer wherever they differ.

4. Price and payment
• Prices are shown on the service pages and in the price calculator, in Uzbek soum. The price is fixed at the moment of payment.
• The Provider applies the simplified tax regime: value-added tax is not charged.
• Payment methods: bank card on the site (Uzcard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer against an invoice for companies and sole traders. For bank transfers the e-invoice is issued in the state electronic system.
• A card payment is deemed made when the funds are debited. After payment the Client receives a fiscal receipt at the e-mail address provided and access to the service in their account area.
• The card number is neither passed to nor stored by the Provider: the payment is processed by a licensed payment organization.

5. Timing and delivery of the result
The result is delivered in the Client’s account area: report, breakdowns and data export — as a file and a link. There is no physical delivery.
• Echo — the computation starts once the questionnaire is agreed and runs the same working day; results are published after review, no later than the next working day.
• Pulse — the question joins the nearest open wave; results are delivered within 5 working days after the wave’s fieldwork ends. The wave calendar is published on the Pulse page.
• Sonar study — within the timeline set in the statement of work, in working days.
If the Provider cannot deliver on time, it notifies the Client before the deadline and offers either a new deadline or a refund.

6. Refunds
A study is a service, so a refund depends on the stage the work has reached:
• before the Echo computation starts, before the Pulse wave closes for questions, or before fieldwork begins — a 100 % refund;
• after the work has started and before the result is delivered — a refund less the part actually performed, which the Provider substantiates with a calculation;
• after the result has been delivered there is no refund, since the service has been rendered; this does not affect the Client’s right to complain about quality;
• if the Provider failed to render the service or missed the deadline — a 100 % refund at the Client’s request.
A refund request is sent to contact@xplorence.com with the order number and the reason. The Provider replies within 5 working days; the money is returned by the same method used for payment, within 10 working days of the refund being agreed. Crediting times depend on the Client’s bank.

7. Rights to the results and confidentiality
The project data and report belong to the Client. The Provider does not resell them, pass them to third parties or use them to train models. The Provider may use de-identified methodological observations to improve the platform, without naming the Client or their data. Naming the Client as a customer requires their written consent.
8. Obligations of the parties
The Provider undertakes: to render the service within the agreed timeline and by the stated method; to disclose the method’s limitations before payment; to store data in Uzbekistan and protect it; to answer enquiries within 5 working days.
The Client undertakes: to provide accurate details for registration and payment; to approve the questionnaire within a reasonable time; not to use the results for unlawful purposes and not to present model computations as live survey data when publishing.
