Public offer for research services
1. Who the seller is and what is offered
2. Services
Pulse — the Client’s question in a shared population survey wave: the Client receives answers to their question broken down by gender, age and region. The question joins the nearest open wave.
Sonar study — a study built for the Client’s task: questionnaire, data collection, quality control, report and data export. Scope, timing and price are set by the statement of work.
3. How the contract is concluded
For projects that require a statement of work the parties sign a separate contract; its terms then prevail over this offer wherever they differ.
4. Price and payment
• The Provider applies the simplified tax regime: value-added tax is not charged.
• Payment methods: bank card on the site (Uzcard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer against an invoice for companies and sole traders. For bank transfers the e-invoice is issued in the state electronic system.
• A card payment is deemed made when the funds are debited. After payment the Client receives a fiscal receipt at the e-mail address provided and access to the service in their account area.
• The card number is neither passed to nor stored by the Provider: the payment is processed by a licensed payment organization.
5. Timing and delivery of the result
• Echo Standard questionnaire: payment before 12:00 on a working day — results by 18:00 that day; after 12:00 or on a weekend — by 18:00 on the next working day. Your own questionnaire takes 2 working days. Working days are Monday–Friday, Tashkent time (UTC+5). The client starts the calculation after payment. Delaying launch leaves less time for processing and review: contact the team to agree the deadline. The request date is calculated from payment and does not automatically move when launch is delayed.
• Pulse — the question joins the nearest open wave; results are delivered within 5 working days after the wave’s fieldwork ends. The wave calendar is published on the Pulse page.
• Sonar study — within the timeline set in the statement of work, in working days.
If the Provider cannot deliver on time, it notifies the Client before the deadline and offers either a new deadline or a refund.
6. Refunds
• before the Echo computation starts, before the Pulse wave closes for questions, or before fieldwork begins — a 100 % refund;
• after the work has started and before the result is delivered — a refund less the part actually performed, which the Provider substantiates with a calculation;
• after the result has been delivered there is no refund, since the service has been rendered; this does not affect the Client’s right to complain about quality;
• if the Provider failed to render the service or missed the deadline — a 100 % refund at the Client’s request.
A refund request is sent to contact@xplorence.com with the order number and the reason. The Provider replies within 5 working days; the money is returned by the same method used for payment, within 10 working days of the refund being agreed. Crediting times depend on the Client’s bank.
7. Rights to the results and confidentiality
8. Obligations of the parties
The Client undertakes: to provide accurate details for registration and payment; to approve the questionnaire within a reasonable time; not to use the results for unlawful purposes and not to present model computations as live survey data when publishing.
9. Complaints and disputes
10. Personal data
11. Term and amendments
12. Provider details
Echo credit
The cost of paid Echo can be credited once to a linked live Sonar project for the same organization: submit that request within 60 days of Echo payment. Credit is capped at the live order amount; any excess is not paid in cash. Final terms and amount are confirmed before paying for the live project.
External data processing
Individual open answers and dialogue turns may be sent for analysis to an external language-model provider (Anthropic Claude) outside Uzbekistan. Contact fields are not sent separately, but information within free text is not always de-identified. Do not put names, phone numbers, emails or other personal details about yourself or others in answers.
- Findings from figures
- Project title and description, aggregate measures, question wording and text materials for the report.
- Open answers and AI moderation
- Individual open answers and dialogue turns, including free text. Contact fields are not separately added, but a phone number, name or email entered in the text may be sent: there is no universal guaranteed de-identification.
- Study preparation
- Brief, questionnaire, selected materials and comments supplied to AI tools by the user. Do not include personal or confidential information without an agreed basis.
- Echo
- Virtual profiles, questions, options and task context; answers are model-generated. This is a separate model-based product, not responses from a human panel.
The browser setting only hides the AI findings button. There is currently no per-project server block on external processing. If transfers must be prohibited, agree a separate workflow before uploading data.
